Adaugă la favorite
One person can become an Independent carcasses classifier after the graduation of carcasses classification training and after registration in Romania as an Authorized Physical Person with the field of activity - technical testing and analysis (CAEN 7120).
To be admitted for the pig carcasses classification training the candidates must have graduate high school, to accomplish the health requirements for the meat sector and to apply to the Carcasses Classification Commission for pigs, beef and sheep for the training.
It is important to consider that the carcasses classifiers must be independent and neutral for the producers as well for the abattoirs.
Activitatea de clasificare a carcaselor este o activitate care presupune independenta si neutralitate fata de abatoare si fermieri si de aceste doua conditii este bine sa se tina cont înca de când se fac demersurile pentru autorizare.
