Authorization of natural persons

The natural persons interested to perform metrological verifications in a metrological laboratory must apply for an examination in order to obtain the verification officer authorization. The application may also be made by the legal persons where the natural persons seeking authorization are employed. The application accompanied by the documents required by the legal metrology procedure PML 5-01-05 “Authorization of natural persons”, 2nd edition, approved by Order no. 61/02.03.2011 of the BRML Director General, will be lodged at the head office of the territorial BRML unit. The authorization will be issued within 30 days after the registration of application. General information is available at the head offices of the Legal Metrology Regional Directorates and Legal Metrology County Services.

În conformitate cu prevederile art. 29(1) din instrucțiunile de metrologie legală IML 5-05 Autorizarea persoanelor fizice și juridice care efectuează verificări metrologice, aprobate prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1660/2005, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, orice decizie de neacordare a autorizației este motivată în mod corespunzător, se comunică solicitantului în termen de 10 zile lucrătoare de la luarea acesteia și în cadrul deciziei se precizează posibilitatea solicitantului de a se adresa instanţelor judecătoreşti competente, în condiţiile legii.
