Agreement in principle for water connection and/or sewage connection

In order to obtain this agreement, the beneficiary must contact a design firm from the list of accredited companies, available for consultation on the website https://apaprod.ro/ at the button https://apaprod.ro/societati-acreditate/ The Agreement in Principle is issued in the case of design requests for water connections/sewerage connections. The documents necessary to obtain the Agreement in Principle can be sent by e-mail to avize.apaprod@gmail.com

Technical Site Approval\r\n

The Technical Site Approval Certificate is issued in the case of execution works for new network extensions, water/sewer connections, building construction and utility connections or in the case of other types of works for which it is requested by the Urban Planning Certificate, the Road Owner's Agreement or the holder of the previously issued Agreement in Principle. The approval fee is 220 lei (VAT included) and is paid upon submission of the documentation. Payment for technical approvals is made at Apa Prod cashiers or by electronic means of payment to the account RO15BRDE220SV23121912200 B.R.D. - Groupe Société Générale S.A. Deva.

Technical Approval for obtaining the Building Permit for the connection and/or branching to public water and/or sewage networks\r\n

The Technical Approval Certificate is issued in the case of construction works for new network extensions, water/sewer connections, utility connections or to the holder of the previously issued Agreement in Principle. The approval fee is 440 lei (VAT included) and is paid upon submission of the documentation. Informare, Autorizare ISU

Pezenta Informare în vederea obținerii autorizării ISU se emite pentru întocmirea documentației tehnice in vederea avizării/autorizării din punct de vedere al Securității la incendiu a construcțiilor și amenajărilor.

Taxa de avizare este de 220 lei (TVA inclus) şi se achită la depunerea documentaţiei. Plata avizelor tehnice se face la casieriile Apa Prod sau prin mijloace electronice de plată în contul RO15BRDE220SV23121912200 B.R.D. - Groupe Société Générale S.A. Deva.

Documentele necesare pentru obținerea avizelor tehnice pot fi trimise prin e-mail la avize.apaprod@gmail.com

Acord de principiu pentru separare de branşamente apă și /sau contorizări individuale la condominii

În vederea obținerii acestui acord beneficiarul trebuie să se adreseze unei firme de proiectare din lista de societăți acreditate, disponibilă pentru consultare pe site-ul https://apaprod.ro/ la butonul https://apaprod.ro/societati-acreditate/

Pezentul Acord se emite în cazul solicitărilor de proiectare pentru branșamente apă și/sau contorizări individuale la condominii.
