Application of compensation measures OAR, as the competent authority for the recognition of the official qualification titles for the architect profession for the nationals of the Member States of the European Union, nationals of the Member States of the European Economic Area and nationals of the Swiss Confederation, can apply the general system of recognition, according to Law no. 200/2004 on the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for the regulated professions in Romania, in case the applicant, for specific and exceptional reasons, does not satisfy the conditions for the application of the procedure of automatic recognition of the professional title of architect. Acquiring signature right_ Roman. archit._EU, EEA, Swiss Confed. diploma_traineeship A Romanian architect holding a diploma issued by EU, EEA and Swiss Confederation, whose diploma was previously recognized by the National Commission of Recognition of Qualifications (CNRC) is entitled to pursuit the profession under any legal form, being supervised by an architect with signature right, registered with OAR.
